So Penat Part 2..

yesterday after school me and Jason went for our second try for NAPHA test..the first try i fail sey..sigh..
guess what?..what?..i failed again sey..sigh again..but i did improve in certain areas ar..the first 5 stations which in sequence consist of sit-ups, pull-ups, standing-broad jump, sit and reach and lastly shuttle-run..most of them i did well ar..
for sit-ups, wah, pain sia my stomach..i wonder how many donkey months i have not been exercising..cramp giler perot..
after that pull-ups..dah mcm selenger sey buat pull-ups..i don't know how to describe ar..actually the hands are suppose to do the work right?..but me, most of the time i use my legs to help..you know like kicking your legs to get the extra boost..i mean its funny right?..i was laughing at this guy who did just that..in the end, i myself did the same..keh3..
as for the rest, nothing much ar..nothing interesting happened ar..
hah, here comes the boring part..2.4km run..haiz..waited for a few minutes before the run starts..i told Jason that i was aiming for at least a B for my 2.4km run..in the end Jason backed out after the 5 stations without taking the run.."sampai hati Jasooon"..left me alone..what to do, just run lah..the first lap i managed to get well under 2 minutes, about 1.15 minutes..i was sprinting all the way sey..pas tue, pancet..the next 5 rounds i was like jogging consistently..i didn't keep track of my timing..usually there would be the big timer right..during the starting ader, after a few laps dah hilang..aper sey..so didn't know my timing was like ar..after finishing the 6 rounds, i was too exhausted to ask what was my timing..so i just waited for the results ar..
i was really hoping that wouldn't have to come back and retake my NAPHA test..but when the result was released, i almost fainted when i saws my aggregate points..eh, tue dah bedek tue..heh..aiseyminah, i did expect to fail again sey my 2.4km..what a waste of time..keh3..nolah..at least i now know where my status is..so now i know i need to train more..haiz..most probably going for the retest agian next week ar..make supplications for me yah guys?..sayang korang..heh..
