What A Day..

yesterday in the morning i went for badminton training at mejid..it has been a long time since i last played badminton..mcm dah lamer g2..but im still 1 of the best players, i thnk..heh..some ppl cnt gv up and say dat they loose..keh3..especially the 'Challeger'..heh..

after dat i went home straight as i was invited to go for a function at Spore Orchid Country Club (SOCC)..it was an event organised by Mendaki, which was called, 'Rollin Gd Times'..as the theme speaks, the attire dat we were required to wear is RETRO..wat the!..i mean like nvr in my life tried wearing dis kind of clothes..as i cudnt find any matching clothes, i just wore some smart casual outfits ar..smart top, jeans and shoes..i tot of wearing a tie but nampak mcm tak kene gayer g2..in the end i did not..

went to meet Remy at Yishun MRT at around12.30pm and i was late, again..it seems dat my bad habit is coming back again ar..sigh..i hate being late..neway, den we drove off to SOCC..luckily i still remembered how to get there..once there, dngn slambernyer, kiter masok the i dunt know wat you call it room where we had to register first..we were gald to see some familiar faces ar..jd tak kekok p tempat2 mcm nie..skali skala per..tp ramai jgak yg lawa2..heh..sempat cuci mater jap..den dtg dis guy yg dr jauh nampak mcm clown, we was wearing dis outfit ar..ruper2nyer tuelah maksudnyer dgn RETRO..afro hair, cool specs, bright coloured blazzer and bellbottom pants and platform shoes..wow!..tp mcm cool g2 kn..tak pernah2 berader dlm era RETRO..nielah masernyer..heh..yg pompan plak pakaian mcm time Saloma, bright coloured dress yg skirtnyer just above the knee level and i thnk its a kind of tight pants dat you wear time tido..heh..pahamkn jelah kalu tak paham yer..mcm2 org ar bleh nampak, yg muder, yg tuer, yg tuer tp maseh muder, yg muder tp nampak tuer and yg mcm badot pon ader..keh3..

neway, initially kn, Remy was suppose to be the one yg represent NYP for the award receiving ceremony..den, he ask me to take over..wat!..oh no..me..why me..apa bleh buat kn..dengan slambernyer lg i went to gather with the other receipients during the breifing..haiz..tp takper, redha..den the rest came, Sufi, Firdaus and Hilwan..the 5 of us shared table with dis group of makcik2 exercise..it was fun chatting with them..heh..

the starting of the event was okie but somewhere in the middle and the ending was the best part..mcm2 ar ader, slideshow, mkn2, performances and award session..the starting ajer sumer yg dtg kene joget RETRO nak sambut GOH dtg..i din believe it dat i was dancing..keh3..dun ask me to do it again..heh..

den yg part award session for the most outstanding group tue ar yg kene buat muker slamber naik stage turun stage..dpt jgak dpt amek gambar ngan Dr Yacoob..heh..posing sikeeeet!..ish ewaewaa..after dat the most awaited part of all, mkn time!..the food was great but im not sure was it the food dat i ate yesterday or wat dat made me go toilet so many times..haiz..berround2 kitorg mkn..my personnal fav was the satay..was i start i cant stop..heh..

after mkn ader a few performances den came the lucky draw part..heh..i was really hpoing to at least win somethng ar..bleh jgak bwk alek advance bdae present..heh..neway, the prizes were for 1 - 35 placing..dgn tidak sengajernyer i won the 13th prize..it was a mini hifi system..wow!..cool sey..Firdaus also did won a prize after me, i thnk it was a $100 Metro voucher..not bad, not bad at all..raser2nyer mcm berbaloi ar dpt p function mcm nie, dpt cuci mater, dpt mkn free, dpt amek gambar and dpt hadiah plak tue..juz fyi, the first prize was a Sony Ericson hp with 6 megapixels..haiz..if only i cud hv won dat instead..heh..

we were proud for Muhaymin, a NYP student also, cos he was voted the most outstanding individual who has volunteered at Mendaki for a decade..his speech was heartwarming..so touching to the heart sungguh..congrates bro..

den came the time for us to part..we managed to take a group photo with our counterpart, TP-NI..posing maut kitorg..the pic dat kak Haryani took using my hp was blur ar..
neway, it was abit laceh ar to carry the prize dat i won around..especially time naik bus turun bus..haiz..well..
