Pumped Up..

18th November 2007

todae I felt abit lazy to wake up but luckily she woke me up..heh..after subuh I got myself ready, wearing sandals this time, for my second jogging session with her..

while jogging, I didn't realise we were jogging at a faster pace..that's good in a way that there is progression taking place..eventhough I was so used to running more than 2.4km, I had to keep a slower tempo for her..if not she couldn't have kept up..heh..in overall she did better this time..wal hamdulillah..

after cooling down, we did some resistance/endurance whatever you call it training..we really sweat alot sey..I myself have not been doing such exercises besides the physical trainings I do in camp..fiyuh, rabak sey berpeluh..heh..

soon after the strenuous exercises, we felt hungry..heh..biasalah kan, saper tak lapar sey pas exercise..ahakz..so we went to makan prata at Sun Plaza..I couldn't really see what's on the menu cause I forgotten to bring my specs so I just ordered egg prata..she ordered 2 and I ordered 4..heh..I guess that's me, I can eat alot but able to maintain my figure..cewah!..ahakz..after that we went to buy more food but this time for our family ar..what you guys were thinking?..heh..

later in the afternoon I went out with my family to IKEA @ Tampines..went there just to survey for some stuff..guess what I bought for myself?..guess lah..heh..okie-okie, I bought an office tray for my study table..why I bought that cause my table is full of papers and letters..so had to tidy up abit..heh..

now it's already night time I have to get myself ready to book in..cianz..heh..it really feels troublesome to book in on a sundae night..well, what to do..

before I make my leave, wanna ask if anyone who is kind enough to pass me some psp games..I got no games in my psp..ahakz..if possible send me via email ar..jzkllh khair..
