Sick..

for the past few days I have been sneezing and coughing non-stop..He's testing me I guess..oh well..

just felt useless this few days..don't know why ar..have been sleeping and waking up late..have to change my routine sooner or later..all the best to me..

My Crazy Weekend..

21st May 2007

last Saturday was my bro's engagement ceremony..so I was like staying at home being the 'tuan rumah' entertaining guest..that was my family's first major event..heh..

relatives from Malaysia were there, sedara-sedara jauh pun ada..so many people until don't know which one to layan..heh..

my family had to work overtime to clean all the periok-belanga before returning back to the food caterer..

yesterday me and friends went to Climb Adventure for some Climb On!..heh..we were lucky that Azizah went earlier..kalu tidak sesat sey..heh..the centre is like so far from Clementi MRT..passing through coffeeshop, carparks, flats and expressway..wow..but alhamdulillah we reached there safely..heh..

the climbing centre was still under construction..they were extending the centre to make it bigger..the walls are more challenging that the old ones..you have to try it to belief it..hua4..to compare the previous and the current centre, I still prefer the old one cos its more accessible in the sense that its somewhere central..heh..

when we reached there, not many climbers were climbing..but at around 1pm ++ a group of kids celebrated a birthday party there..warauwey, so cramped up..so we could only use a few walls..sigh..oh well, but we did managed to climb most of them before the kids arrived..

at around 3pm we left and proceeded to Clementi mosque..then we went to Harbourfront food court for 'lunner' (lunch+dinner)..

after that we decided to go to Vivo City..just to accompany me since I have not been there before..sigh..heh..we went to the third level where there is a place were you can play with water..mcm best sey main-main air..heh..anyway, yang stay cuma me, Din, Nasir and Ju..so we were doing guy stuff ar..heh..to spend more time at Vivo, we decided to perform our Asar and Maghrib prayers at Vivo itself..so takyah waste time nak pegi Masjid Temenggong..mcm best gitu..heh..bila lagi nak enjoy kan..very soon dah nak masok NS, so why not..heh..

we were not done..then after that we went to Tampines to discuss on some pressing issues..then bye-bye..

Mum's Day..

I was sick the whole day yesterday..nevertheless, my family went to celebrate Mum's Day..

firstly we went for lunch at Sakura, sponsored by my Sis..then we went to Yishun Entertainment Centre, the one beside North Point, to watch Jangan Pandang Belakang..sponsored by me and my Bro..

people say the movie wasn't that frightening but, but..there were audiences who were like, "opocot bunyik!"..scene like silence then tiba-tiba ada bunyik microwave can make some people 'melatah'..heh..I thought the movie will be throughout scary but there some scene yang 'kelakar' jugak..

my review on this movie is that the effects are cool but some part was like hard to understand..example the part where the guy's jeep got breakdown in the middle of nowhere, why can't he see the 'ghost' but passerby can?..hmm..I wondered..

a friend is something like a tree..it protects you from rain or shine..being there for you when you really need someone to turn to..

being there has taught me alot..you can never please everyone you loved and cared..no matter how close or how long your friendship lasted, the smallest pin pocked will still leave a painful mark..cherish your friends while you still can..make them feel wanted, cared and loved..

make as many friends as possible, which you might not know that person maybe the person you will spend the rest of your life with..

let's ponder..

Marha-Marha..

just now I attended a briefing conducted by the new NYPMS committee for the freshies..I thought of just kpo-kpoing ajer..in the end I got to give a speech..haiz..oh well..

the attendees were mostly year 1s but ada jugak year 2s ar..but alhamdulillah the turnout was encouraging..

the presentation started with a brief intro bout MS..and soon it was my turn to present..shoot..I was like, "nak cakap apa sey?."..dahlah tak prepare apa-apa..heh..ouh well..tembak ajerlah..

I was to share bout the past activities during my batch..the problem with me is that I can't look at sisters for too long (mcm paham gitu)..cos the position that I facing was only at the sisters..so I was like gazing now and then ar..kalu tak paham takper, pahamkan jelah..heh..

after my turn it was back to Firdaus (the new chairman) to talk more on the society..tetiba plak there's this sister Erni, she fell while rocking her chair..heh..kecian dier..she was still smiling while trying to get up..heh..so cute..

throughout the whole presentation, there were a lot of pauses ar..so to break the silence, dengan tak malunyer I stood up and prompted them with questions ar..everytime we asked them, "do you guys have any questions?"..and they were like silent..some of them asked lah but they were the same people ajer..ouh well..

apa lagi ehk?..hmm..

eventhough there were some technical probs along the way, the whole presentation went well ar..but can be improved further..

Something New..

last week has been a hectic one..attended many meetings, discussions and appointments..

I was involved with a calligraffiti workshop conducted by The MVAC (Saturday) and manning of booth (Saturday & Sunday) @ Assyakirin Mosque last weekend..

for the workshop, I was to facilitate the participants on the hands-on part..luckily never kena ask hard-hard question..heh..alhamdulillah..

for the booth, it was a last minute thingy for NYPMS to think of what to sell..nevertheless we did sell some customised bookmarks, signage, activity books, balloons & henna design..allhamdulillah most of our items we sold..

there were many other booth selling food stuff & handy craft..not only that, outside the mosque compound there were other activities such as net climbing, flying fox and archery..I wanted to try them but didn't had the chance..sigh..

I was also involved in the graffiti showcase by The MVAC..it was my first time trying out, so it was a fun experience..heh..here's the final product..cool right?..

anyway, there was this irritating part when me, psy & wan took a cab back on Sunday..the driver was like asking how to get there, turn left or right, turn here faster or that way faster..alamak!..this driver got licence or not?..haiz..
